Teignmouth

Teignmouth is a a small town at the mouth of the River Teign in Devon.

Shaldon Bridge

Opened on the 8th June 1827, the Shaldon Toll Bridge and had 34 wooden arches and stretched 1,671 feet, it was built on the site of a Roman bridge. In 1838 and 1893 the bridge partially collapsed but was completely rebuilt in 1931.
